- Collects the questions your agents are asking you
- Assembles the information you need to make a decision
- Collects links to supporting documents
- Lets you respond by voice or text
- From any device
- From any agent
tasque collects every question your Claude Code and Codex sessions have for you, across every repo, with the ones blocking an agent first. Answer once, here; the agent gets it in its own session and carries on. Runs on your Mac.
codex#1 reports Fix the flaky OTP test done with PR 221 and 40 of 40 tests green; the tasque is checked off, archived as done by codex#1, and leaves the list.

Surprisingly non-invasive
#- We add a line to your
AGENTS.mdandCLAUDE.mdfiles that points toTASQUE.md: just a best practice for getting your agents to speak to you nicely. - In each repo we create an untracked
TASQUE.mdand tell your agent to look for your responses there. Answer elsewhere, and tasque picks up the change and closes the item. - Install it today, uninstall it tomorrow: it creates no dependencies in your development flow.
$ tasque init Tasque will create TASQUE.md and .tasque/repo.json, add a fenced stanza to CLAUDE.md, and ignore its local files. Run `tasque init --yes` to apply. $ tasque init --yes Initialized tasque in this repository (d334be20-0848-4f3f-9d4d-6b27e0daf8e9). $ git status --short M CLAUDE.md ?? .gitignore $ tasque uninstall --yes Removed the tasque repository overlay. $ git status --short

Tasque for Organizations
#Tasque for Organizations puts a team on tasque cloud and shows the organization how its agents and people work together. Everyone keeps their own account and handle; the organization pays, and the efficiency stats come from the repos it owns.
- Stats from the repos your organization owns: counts and times, never your text
- Members and the organization see the same numbers in the same dashboard
- Members keep their own accounts and use them on any project
- The organization pays for its members' tasque cloud
- A member directory for the whole organization
- An Organizations tab in tasque cloud

FAQ
#What is tasque?
One inbox for everything your coding agents are waiting on you for. It catches the questions Claude Code and Codex sessions stop on, lists them across every repo with the blocking ones first, and delivers your answer back into the waiting session.
How do agents talk to tasque?
Through hooks, or through files. Claude Code's hooks hand tasque the question as the turn ends and take your answer back; Codex's seven hooks capture events. Any agent can write OWNER.md or post one line with tasque post. Your answers are written to TASQUE.md under For you as well.
How does tasque decide what comes first?
By a fixed rule: items blocking an agent first, then by due date, then by age, and the order stays still while you read. The optional advisor, with your own Groq key, moves an item by at most ±8 points and says why.
What does install change in my repo?
tasque init adds TASQUE.md, .tasque/repo.json, a fenced block in .gitignore and a one-line pointer in CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md. It prints that list and changes nothing until you run tasque init --yes. It never writes to OWNER.md.
What does uninstall leave behind?
Nothing. tasque uninstall --yes removes exactly what init added; a test checks git status is clean and OWNER.md is byte-identical afterwards.
Does tasque read my code?
It reads OWNER.md, TASQUE.md and .tasque/ in the repos you install it in, on your Mac. Your code stays in your repos.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything on the Free plan runs locally.
Can I answer from my phone?
Yes, with the iOS app. It syncs with your Macs, so you can answer and approve from your phone and get a push for what's blocking an agent.
How much does it cost?
Free on one Mac with your own Groq key and no device sync. tasque cloud is $20 a month with a free trial; it adds accounts, sync, the iOS app, contacts, connectors and relay AI.
How does Tasque for Organizations work?
The organization pays for its members' tasque cloud, and members keep their own accounts and handles, so they can use them on any other project; while a member is connected to an organization, their tasque cloud is free, personal projects included. The organization's dashboard in tasque cloud shows efficiency stats from the repos it owns only, the member sees exactly the same numbers, and there is a directory of members; talk to us to set it up.
Is tasque related to Tasque Manager?
No, that's a character from Deltarune. You're thinking of /tasque-manager.
